BSBFCP Guidelines for BSB's IAWLT Concert (Please Read)

The following are BSBFCP’s guidelines for all members in relation to the Backstreet Boys’ In A World Like This concert on May 5, 2015.

1. Campaign/Promotion about the BSB Concert – BSBFCP appreciates the efforts of its members in promoting the concert to fellow BSB fans, especially to those who have limited access to the internet, as well as providing assistance to fellow members. Everyone in the fan club is encouraged to keep spreading the news as the concert day approaches.

2. Tickets and Seating Arrangements – BSBFCP does not have any control over the seating arrangements inside the concert venue, as well as to offers for discounted tickets. Any proposal or move concerning this would be futile as most of us have already bought tickets, which are also selling out quickly. To get a good seat, one may go personally to the SM Tickets counter to check for the best available seat.

In addition, BSBFCP is not authorized to sell or keep custody of concert tickets for whatever purpose. We can only direct fans (seeking tickets from us) to go to SM Tickets to purchase accordingly, or post their ticket concerns to our Facebook Group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/bsbfanclubphils/

For our members' protection and security, BSBFCP strongly discourages purchasing tickets from sources not authorized by Ovation Productions or SM Tickets. Do not buy from scalpers and other unreliable sources that sell tickets which are worth more than the actual price, or worse, fake tickets. We leave it up to the members to buy from those other sources, but that would be at their own risk. BSBFCP will not be held responsible for any problems which may arise from tickets purchased via unauthorized sellers. The club has no way of verifying whether the tickets sold thru the fan club's FB Group are legit.

3. Welcome Party (Airport) – For the security of the Backstreet Boys, BSBFCP is not authorized to disclose nor share their flight details. The security is also strict at the airport, especially for foreign artists like them. Fans who would like to welcome them may do so,in their own discretion. Should they organize their own welcome party at the airport, the name of BSBFCP shall only be used by members with the admins' consent. The fan club will not tolerate nor be held responsible should any untoward incident occur at the airport.

4. Welcome Party (Hotel) – BSBFCP advises the fans to respect the privacy and the need of the Boys to be rested during their short stay here in Manila. As such, BSBFCP is not authorized to disclose nor share any details of the hotel they will be staying. Similarly, it will be the fans’ discretion ifthey want to check-in or dine at the hotel where the Boys are staying. BSBFCP, however, will also not be responsible should any fan misbehavior or untoward incident happen therein.

5. BSBFCP Congregation and Distribution of Flyers (Concert Day) – BSBFCP is planning a welcome party at the Mall of Asia Arena to greet the Boys upon their arrival. In addition, all BSBFCP admins and members are encouraged to gather before the said welcome party and entry to the venue for the concert. They will also be given flyers to distribute to spread the word about our fan club. We will post more details before May 5th.

6. BSBFCP Booth – BSBFCP will not have a booth on the concert day due to lack of manpower. In addition, the admins will be carrying limited number of BSBFCP merch on the concert day to avoid any inconveniences. All transactions for BSBFCP merch can only be channeled online.

7. Banners/Lights – While BSBFCP will not be providing for these, fans are allowed to bring such at their own discretion and must be compliant with Mall of Asia Arena's fan code of conduct.

8. Meet and Greet (aka Soundcheck Party) – BSBFCP is aware that many of its members availed VIP upgrades from the Backstreet Boys' official website to attend the soundcheck party/meet-and-greet a few hours before the May 5th concert. As such, the club will not be responsible should any fan misbehavior or untoward incident happen during the event.

As to questions if BSBFCP will hold its own meet and greet with the Boys, unfortunately, we do not have an opportunity for such. The organizers and handlers of the BSB event are strict and the external access to be given will be limited. It was advised by the management, as well as Ovation Productions, that the only chance to be included in Meet and Greet and/or access to the soundcheck would be to purchase VIP upgrades from this link: http://www.backstreetboys.com/events/315773

Should a member avail a VIP upgrade, please take note that this is on top of the concert ticket. He/she must have a concert ticket when availing the upgrade, or else he/she will not be granted admission to the soundcheck party.

9. Gifts for BSB – Fans who are attending the soundcheck party will have the privilege to give presents to the Backstreet Boys during the event. BSBFCP advises the members attending the event to consider giving very handy gifts. However, should there be any member who wishes to order/purchase BSBFCP merch as gift to the Boys, he/she must seek permission from the admins beforehand. Likewise, BSBFCP will not tolerate any instance when members' gifts bear the BSBFCP logo without consent from the admins.

10. Mall of Asia Arena’s Fan Code of Conduct – Aside from the fan club guidelines above, please take time also to read and understand Mall of Asia Arena's rules and regulations by clicking on the following links below:
